Cooking is a very interesting thing, because you can learn a lot of things that you can't learn from the text books. Food is multiple,because different country have their own typical food.Cooking is variety, such as snip,steam,stir-fly,boil and so on. However, I prefer the light food, because the less greasy food is more healthy for people. let me introduce how to cook the chicken soup for you: Firstly, you need to prepare the materials below:

Amount Ingredient Preparation Method
1 Chicken breast fillet --skinned and sliced thinly
2 Courgettes
1 1/2 Mushrooms
1 1/2 Ham chopped
2 Onions chopped
3/4 Chicken stock made with -liquid concentrate.
2 Light soy sauce
1 Corn flour

Then follow the methods:

Place chicken courgettes, mushrooms ham onions and stock in a pan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Blend soy sauce with the corn flour and add to the pan stirring constantly until the soup thickens.
